Holding both Doctor of Pharmacy and Juris Doctor degrees, Spreeha Choudhury brings a valuable combination of experience to EBG Advisors. She is adept at helping clients navigate the complex intersections of health care, pharmacy, and law.

Spreeha advises pharmaceutical manufacturers on legal, regulatory, policy, market access, and medical affairs matters, especially in the realm of vaccines and preventive health. Her understanding of both the clinical and legal intricacies of these areas has provided invaluable guidance to manufacturers, ensuring they not only comply with regulations but also strategically position themselves in a dynamic market.

Beyond the manufacturing sector, Spreeha also advises retail and specialty pharmacy clients. With deep knowledge of the pharmacy landscape, Spreeha offers guidance on a range of regulatory issues and provides support during transactions and acquisitions.

As a student at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, she coauthored an opioid certification program to be used by the state of Maryland for opioid-related training; served as an extern for the law school’s Center for Health and Homeland Security; and, as a student attorney for the Maryland Intellectual Property Legal Resource Center, helped clients file trademark and patent applications. She also served as a reproductive health legal intern at a nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and families.

Prior to attending law school, Spreeha was a medical copywriter at a pharmaceutical advertising agency, where she was responsible for generating scientifically accurate and creative educational materials for patients and providers across a variety of disease states and therapeutic areas.
