EBG Advisors acted as the interim Chief Human Resources Officer for a large primary care provider practice. The practice was going through significant change at the C-suite level after an initial private equity investment and needed a senior HR executive to help manage the HR function through compliance and operational concerns and to support the CEO and Leadership team with teambuilding, coaching, and change management principles. After serving as interim Chief HR Officer, EBG Advisors continued supporting projects related to corporate governance, provider compensation and contracting, value-based care, and quality and accreditation.
