EBG Advisors was engaged by a health care provider to assist with a Certificate of Need (CON) application pertaining to its new integrated behavioral health and physical rehabilitation site. EBG Advisors prepared a presentation for the State Health Planning and Development Agency’s (SHPDA) staff, who had initially recommended denying the client’s CON application, to reverse that denial.
Following the presentation, the physical rehabilitation site recommended approval of the client’s CON application, which was subsequently approved by SHPDA.
