The client’s request involved addressing challenges in extracting data from a new claims-processing system to its data warehouse, which contains all the necessary data for regular reporting. EBG Advisors defined enterprise needs, established architectures, and mapped the data elements required to store the data from the claims system, designing and building the data warehouse and loading the critical data elements to support state requirement reports, data analytics, and operational reporting needs.
